2. I have a present for you all! It's your "1st exhibition good-luck charm" and it is 3-year-old rock from a recent volcanic eruption in Hawaii.  I'm really proud of you guys and can't wait to see the expression on parents' and teachers' faces tonight!​

Let's review the schedule for tonight and don't forget professional dress!

• Does everyone have their mask?
• Does everyone have their essay (at least if you're displaying it?)
• Clean-up after exhibition: Stay in the room you're in or the space you're in, and clean up that area!  Reverse the process. Leave it BETTER than before we set it up.

• Exception: Let's leave all the black sheets hung around the perimeter of my classroom, BUT put tables into the original horseshoe formation with chairs pushed back in.

Let's review the set-up committees' roles:

• Elect a leader or two for each committee
• Committee leaders, sketch a layout for the room. Where should tables and chairs go? Need lights? Where do they go? How many extension cords do you need on the ceiling? Where will those go? Include ALL MATERIALS you need?
• NOTE: Suzy and Jenny's room- let's not use sheets. We don't have enough
• Mask rooms: If we have enough, we should cover tables with black cloths

Committee Leaders: Share out with the entire class your layout vision

Set-Up Expectations

• Osprey Excellence! (Respect the spaces, other classes, other teachers, and each other)
• All hands on deck. Don't have an obvious task? Ask the committee leader or Ashley
• Aim for beautiful work!  
• When you're done with your assigned room, check-in with Ashley to see how else you can help.
