Exhibition Prep Checklist and Work Time: Tuesday and Wednesday, 11/30 and 12/1

Agenda for today AND tomorrow!

Dear Stellar Students!  As you can see, I am not back from Thanksgiving break yet and you thus have a lovely substitute educator to guide you through your exhibition checklist.  Please use today and tomorrow wisely!

Tuesday, 11/30

1. 5 minutes: Go over the calendar and exhibition prep checklist (printed copies in the sub folder- and digital copies also in google classroom).
2. 5 minutes: Write down your top 3 work time goals for today on a sticky note with your name on it, and turn that into the sub.
3. COMMITTEE WORK TIME:
   
   1. Meet with your group, create a To-Do list for the week with EVERYTHING you need to do to be ready to set up for Exhibition next week.  Email that list to your Project Manager!
      
   2. Meet with your Project Manager to talk through your timeline for this week, what you need to accomplish today.  Project Managers, you should look at their lists, and add things- do they have time for review of drafts?  Revision? Run throughs? Gathering supplies?  Push them to make their lists more specific!
      
   3. Complete your tasks for today.
      
4. Project Managers, you should take notes as you meet with the groups on a Google Doc.  At the end of your meetings, email Ashley the doc with To-Do lists for your two groups, and any notes about concerns you have.
5. INDIVIDUAL Work Time: Start cranking through the exhibition checklist!

Wednesday, 12/1

1. Review the exhibition prep checklist!
2. Write down your top 3 work time goals for today on a sticky note with your name on it, and turn that into the sub.
3. Work Time: Keep cranking on the exhibition checklist!
