Monday, 12/6: POL Prep Day 3 AND Exhibition Prep

POL Prep, Day3

1. Who wants to be the model POL presenter? You will go on Friday and thus not have to do your dress rehearsal on Monday.  I need 1 from each Duet.

Mask Exhibition Preparation

1. Who can be my photographer on exhibition night? I need someone to take photos (starting today is fine) of everyone's completed mask (both sides if relevant) so that I can easily grade them and use them as examples later. You'll need to send me all the photos by Thursday at lunch! You can also take photos of other things at exhibition, but I definitely need EVERY mask photographed!
2.  Sign up for a role for set-up and clean-up (you're responsible for staying from 7-8 to help clean up the room you're assigned to!)
3. Let's review the schedule for exhibition night (it is posted in google classroom too)
4. Here is the checklist for exhibition preparation: It is a new one! Let's go over it and then you can get to work!

Committee Action Items

1. Essay Group:  Go get card stock from Lori and print the titles on card stock and cut them out (put on construction paper???)
2. Mask Group:  Is there a map for where masks/essays go and how the rooms should be set-up?
3. Hospitality:  Signs?  Food-sign up? What items are we missing? Let Ashley know by end of day!
4. Stereotypes:  Are the video and collage ready?
5. Cycle of Soc Skit: Is the video ready? Ashley needs to preview it before exhibition night!
6. Four Corners: Practice your presentation 2 x as a group with 4 student volunteers who are DONE WITH EVERYTHING of their own.  TOMORROW, we'll have you rehearse in front of the class
