• MLA Formatting- See this slideshow for how to format a paper in the MLA style.  This will have guidelines for margins, headings, font, etc.
• Go to google classroom and complete the "Introducing Quotes Properly" Assignment!

Reminders

1. Send your essay to one of the volunteer peer editors this week if you'd like help with proofreading! (catching typos, run-on sentences, etc). Choose whichever student editor you feel comfortable sharing your essay with.
2. PEER EDITORS:  To document your editing to receive extra credit, please screenshot all of the drafts you edit WITH YOUR suggestions/comments.  Email me in ONE EMAIL all those screenshots and indicate which students' essays you proofread.

1. Monday- Quick Critiques
2. Tuesday- Refining the A in TEA (analysis)
3. Wednesday- Citing sources and introducing quotes
4. Thursday-Proofreading!  Due at end of class today!
5. Friday- Erin Skyles is here to work with you all on mental health awareness. No project work time!

Work Time

1. Make-up Monday or Tuesday's writing workshops if absent!
2. Conference with Ashley (remember, I need to conference with everyone on their draft before Thanksgiving break)
3. Revise/finish your rough draft!
4. EMAIL your draft document to me when it is completed for an on-time completion grade. 

• IF you have an extension, please still share the document with me AND include a message explaining your extension reasons and therefore reminding me that you have an extension.  Include WHEN your draft is due based on your extension.
